The Stewards of Affordable Housing for the Future (SAHF) has recognized Wesley Housing as a Certified Organization for Resident Engagement & Services (CORES). The certification program is designed to identify owners of multifamily affordable properties and service organizations working in multifamily affordable properties that provide resident services provision in line with a robust coordination system.
Wesley Housing’s Housing Stability Initiative (HSI) was named Best Housing Program or Service at the 2020 Virginia Governor’s Housing Conference, demonstrating innovative and creative efforts in providing services or assistance to citizens with housing needs.
Community Resource Centers (CRCs) host programs focused on educating, training, and helping residents thrive in their community. We offer Family Programs at CRCs located at five Wesley properties.
We offer services designed to support older adults and individuals living with disabilities.

Our team provides services that not only ensure residents have stable, long term housing but that they have opportunities to thrive in every aspect of life.
In addition, Wesley strives to enrich the lives of residents with on-site
complementary family programs and supportive services in three other impact areas, as funding permits.

We are trained in providing specialized services to seniors and people with disabilities. From exercise classes to social activities, our staff empower all residents to live an independent life.
Our hands-on services are proven to help families develop hard skills and get the knowledge necessary to maintain stable housing and live a fulfilling life.
