Kindred Crossing will be a new inclusive and accessible affordable housing community for older adults featuring 95 independent living units in the Bailey’s Crossroads neighborhood.
Wesley Housing is partnering with First Christian Church of Falls Church to develop a 95-unit affordable independent older adult community on 2.9 acres of underutilized church-owned land.
In addition to housing, the community will include approximately 5,000 sq. ft. of commercial space for Culmore Clinic, a nonprofit healthcare provider currently currently located in the existing First Christian Church building. The clinic currently provides low-cost healthcare to uninsured residents in Fairfax County.
