Quarry Station Seniors Apartments, an existing Wesley-owned affordable senior housing development in Manassas, VA, is poised to begin renovation work in early 2022.
Located in downtown Manassas, Quarry Station offers easy access to public bus lines, a train station served by VRE and Amtrak lines, multiple grocery stores, and several retail and recreational options.
The building is in moderate-to-good physical condition; however, rehabilitation will enable improvements to the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of the residents, adding a one-bedroom unit, and deepening affordability levels of the existing units.
