One Hawaii

70 units of affordable, family housing coming to the Fort Totten, Ward 5 neighborhood of Washington, DC, a residential area close to downtown and suburban Maryland.

Project Summary

One Hawaii will be a new four-story construction ideal for families or individuals. The community currently offers 34 units, from studio to two-bedroom floorplans, within a two-story building. Plans are underway for a full redevelopment, which will more than double the density to 70 units in this increasingly gentrified neighborhood.
